Shipping and Returns



Domestic Shipping within Australia 

Arrives within  2-5 days

International shipping 

Zone 1:New Zealand arrives within 5-7 business days  

Zone 2: USA, W Europe, Asia : arrives within 7-14 days

Zone 3: Rest of world   :  arrives within 11-16 days  

These times are estimates, and could be subject to Customs Clearance delays, which are out of our control. You are responsible for any Import duties your country may impose upon arrival.

Other shipping Info

Prasamana uses Sendle and AU post for domestic and international orders.  

All Sendle deliveries are carbon neutral, and may be quicker than AUpost. This is our preferred supplier.
We will use AU post for deliveries to PO boxes and Express mail.

You are responsible for providing a valid delivery address, and we take no responsibility if an incorrect address is provided. If it is returned to us, we will be in touch to redeliver at an additional cost.

Tracking advice, at no extra charge, can be sent to your email address you used to purchase your goods. If you do not receive notification, please contact us to provide your tracking number.

Products can be tracked (all domestic, and most international  – depending on global postal network provider).

Prasamana is not responsible for any item lost or damaged in transit, and are adequately packaged


Our returns policy

Prasamana will accept returns provided the merchandise is in the same condition as despatched, unworn and unwashed. This must be completed within 30 days from the receipt of items.

Please include a note with issue, and if you prefer an exchange or refund.
Refunds will be issued using the same facility as purchasing.

Shipping costs for returning any items to us for exchange or refund are the responsibility of the customer, and not refunded by Prasamana. You may always contact us first regarding returns if you prefer.

Processing returns:

Please ship any item – unused, unworn and unwashed – to this address, with a note containing your order number, reason for return, and if you would like an exchange (to same or different item) or refund.

please allow 2 business days for processing returns and sending out a replacement for exhanges.

Damaged or faulty items

Prasamana checks every item before despatch to ensure it meets our high standards as a luxury  item. Please consider they are made of natural fibres, and as such, an occasional inconsistent weave may be found. They are also delicate items, so take care with jewelry and zips when unpacking your item for the first time before wearing.

On the rare occasion you feel the item does not meet your expectation, please do contact us so we can evaluate the item, and find a solution – either a replacement or partial refund.

Lost items

Prasamana is not responsible for products lost on the mail or damaged in transit. Every care is taken to ensure careful packaging is provided. All items can be tracked.

Customers are able to make a claim from three months from date of purchase. Any subsequent claims are considered null and void.
